    This was my first home appraisal, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I had tried getting in touch with another appraiser who was recommended to me for three days straight ( I guess they didn’t really want my business). When I called Paul, he was very courteous, we scheduled quickly. He was on time, professional, and answered all my questions in an understanding and kind manner. The write up was done much quicker than I had anticipated, I had it back late the next afternoon. Totally 100% satisfied with the service!
